Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan Duration - 17 th September to 2nd October 2025 Women and children centric h ealth c amps in rural and urban areas at all Specialist camps at Community Health Centres (CHCs) & AAM-PHC/UPHC Screening & awareness camps at Ayushman Arogya Mandirs ( AAM- SHC) Provision of specialist services - Gynaecologist , Paediatrician , Eye Specialist, ENT Specialist, Dental Surgeon, Dermatologist , Psychiatrist, etc . shall be mobilized from Medical Colleges, District Hospitals (DH ), including support from District Residency Programme doctors Private hospitals and clinics to also be encouraged to organize similar health camps focusing women health

3. Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan – Saturation of services Screening of women for NCDs – for Hypertension, Diabetes, Oral cancer, Breast cancer  & Cervical cancer  Tuberculosis screening for vulnerable women; Screening for anaemia for adolescent girls & women and counselling services  Sickle cell screening card distribution and counselling services for women in tribal areas Antenatal Care (ANC) checkups for pregnant women including testing for haemoglobin level, counselling on nutrition & care during pregnancy and distribution of Mother and Child Protection (MCP) cards   Immunization services will be provided to children Awareness sessions on menstrual hygiene and nutrition for adolescent girls   Campaign on reduction in consumption of oil and sugar through women Self Help Groups (SHG) and women representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI)  Nutrition counselling and wellness sessions Blood donation drive Enrollment under PMJAY/Distribution of Ayushman Vaya vandana card Enrollment of Nikshay Mitra volunteers

Actions points for states Actions to be taken till 13th Sept 2025 Calendar of camps to be prepared and filled in the dashboard of MoHFW Camps to be publicized widely in advance for public benefit Efforts to be made to clarify the camp days and routine services day for each Health facility Hon’ble Governor/CMs/LGs/Administrators/MPs to be contacted for briefing and requesting for attending main events as well as camps in fortnight Nodal officers to be nominated at State /District and Block Level List of venue where VIPs will attend the main event to be shared with MoHFW Jingles to be used 10 days in advance from event and in fortnight

Actions points for states Actions to be taken on event day and Camp days Registration of all participants of camps to be done online ABHA registration to be done for all participants who have no ABHA yet IEC banners approved by MoHFW to be used in Kisosks as well as in health care facilities 1 Videos grab of beneficiary from each specialist camp to be uploaded on MoHFW portal 2 way connectivity link for VVIPs sites MMUs to be deployed for outreach – JANMAN/Tribal areas SOPs to be prepared for MOs/Specialists to be deployed in camps Reporting in centralized dashboard
