Functionalities for the expansion Annual Procurement Planning Consolidation of similar items across different projects/units/MS for Pooled Procurement Make available a standard catalogue of goods, works and services items Specification preparation module Different procurement methods (multi-stage and multi-envelop, REOI/RFP, RFQ, for Works, Services (time based and lump-sum) and goods, etc. Full-fledged Authority and role-based workflow procurement process integration Fully fledged e-valuation module to generate automated evaluation reports based on pre-fixed evaluation criteria Procurement Information Management System (PIMS) Full-fledged e-Contract Management System with work plan and execution tracking, deliveries and service delivery tracking, budget control, integration with budgeting, annual procurement planning, Procurement Information Management System (PIMS) to allow informed procurement e-Purchase e-Payment system Auctions Reporting
