Neviser: a chronic inflammatory process that resulted
in capsular fibrosis, or thickening and contracture of
capsule

節疼痛、僵硬以及主動
和被動活動範圍明顯喪
失為特徵的疾病 。
•此病症因發炎和疤痕組
織形成（沾黏）導致肩
關節囊增厚和收緊。
疤痕組織的累積會限制
關節內部的運動，導致
疼痛並嚴重限制活動

4. Causes and Risk Factors
成因和風險因素
•在原發性(primary)病例（特發性
idiopathic）中，沾黏性關節囊炎的具體病
因尚不清楚。
•續發性(secondary)沾黏性關節囊炎發
生在肩部受傷、手術或長期不動之後。
•全身性疾病，如糖尿病（糖尿病患者的發
生率高出 5 倍）、甲狀腺疾病、心血管疾
病和自體免疫疾病。
•年齡: 最常見於 40-60 歲族群, 又稱五十肩。
•女性比男性較常見

•A retrospective review of a prospective collected and
consecutive series of patients in my personal clinic over a period
from
May 2015 to July 2018.
•35 shoulders in 35patients
•( 18men and 17women) were in the study.
•The mean age was 53years old ( 42 to 63 ).
•Of the 35 shoulders,
•16were affected on the rightside( 9 men and 7 women)
and
•19on the left( 9 men and 10 women).
