Definition التعريف Soft Skills refer to the cluster of personality traits , social grace, facility with language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that mark people to varying degree تشير المهارات الشخصية إلى مجموعة من السمات الشخصية، والكياسة الاجتماعية، والقدرة على استخدام اللغة، والعادات الشخصية، والود، والتفاؤل التي تميز الأشخاص بدرجات متفاوتة . Soft skills complement hard skills, which are the technical requirements of a job . تُكمّل المهارات الشخصية المهارات التقنية ، وهي المتطلبات الفنية للوظيفة.

4. الفرق بين الصفات الشخصيه  والمهارات  الشخصيه الصفات الشخصية هي سمات فطرية وجوهرية تُشكل جوهر شخصية الفرد وتنعكس في سلوكه، بينما المهارات هي قدرات مكتسبة يمكن تعلمها وتطويرها بالممارسة والتدريب لتُظهر "كيف" يعمل الشخص، وليست جزءًا من طبيعته الأساسية Personal qualities are innate and essential traits that form the core of an individual's personality and are reflected in their behavior, while skills are acquired abilities that can be learned and developed through practice and training to demonstrate "how" a person works, and are not part of their basic nature

8. 2- Good Attendance الحضور الجيد Good attendance means being present and on time for school or work, typically exceeding 95-96% of the time , and is crucial for academic success, skill development, and future opportunities. It establishes important life skills like reliability and discipline, facilitates social interaction and engagement, and ensures consistent access to learning and job duties.  يعني الحضور الجيد الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة للمدرسة أو العمل، والتي تتجاوز عادةً 95-96% من الوقت، وهو أمر بالغ الأهمية للنجاح الأكاديمي، وتنمية المهارات، وفرص المستقبل. فهو يُرسخ مهارات حياتية مهمة كالثقة بالنفس والانضباط، ويُسهّل التفاعل الاجتماعي والمشاركة، ويضمن الوصول المستمر إلى التعلم وواجبات العمل.

9. 3-Honesty الامانه  Moral uprightness –the quality, condition , or characteristic of being fair, just, truthful, and morally upright الاستقامة الأخلاقية - صفة أو حالة أو سمة من سمات العدل والإنصاف والصدق والاستقامة الأخلاقية

10. 4- Eye Contact التواصل بالعين The act of looking directly into the eyes of another person . فعل النظر مباشرة في عيون شخص آخر.

11. 5 -Flexibility المرونه  The ability to adapt to new situations القدرة على التكيف مع المواقف الجديدة  The ability to change or be changed according to circumstances. القدرة على التغيير أو التأثر بالظروف .

12. 6 - Good Work History سجل عمل جيد  Time spent at a place of employment الوقت المستغرق في مكان العمل  Show your loyalty or longevity to an organization. أظهر ولائك أو استمرارك في العمل مع منظمة ما.

13. 7 - Common Sense التفكير السليم T he fundamental ability to use good, practical judgment to make reasonable decisions, solve problems, and understand basic facts about the world without needing special knowledge or reflection القدرة الأساسية على استخدام الحكم الجيد والعملي لاتخاذ قرارات معقولة وحل المشكلات وفهم الحقائق الأساسية حول العالم دون الحاجة إلى معرفة خاصة أو تفكير

14. 8- Willingness to be Accountable الاستعداد للمسائله accepting the  consequences  of your actions, choices, and behaviors, rather than assigning blame or making excuses قبول عواقب أفعالك وخياراتك وسلوكياتك، بدلاً من إلقاء اللوم أو تقديم الأعذار
