1. 1 ST EAC COVERAGE IN YEI HOSPITAL PROBLEM STATEMENT Only 33%(4/12) of clients due for EAC 1 attended their first sessions in Yei hospital by the end of week 27, FY 2022

2. Root cause analysis Long distance eg. 50%(6/12) of clients due for EAC 1 reside in remote villages, about 40km away from Yei town. Relocation of clients from their original address eg. 33%(4/12) of clients due for EAC 1 are within Yei town however, they are unable to be located were they are. IIT eg . 17%(2/12) of clients due for EAC 1 are lost to follow with no contact details neither with known physical address.

3. ATTEMPTED ACTION POINTS Ongoing communication with treatment supporters trying to engage remote clients for EAC 1. Ongoing update of clients’ files on routine visits, documenting current telephone contacts and physical address. Ongoing tracing of IIT by both facility and community team.
