1. the 20-Point programme - described as an agenda for national action to promote social justice and economic growth.

2. On August 20, 1986, the existing 20-Point Programme was restructured. Its objectives are spelt out by the Government as " eradication of poverty raising productivity, reducing inequalities removing social and economic disparities improving the quality of life".
