2. Space planning  is an in-depth analysis of how physical  space  is used in structures. It considers the purpose of  spaces  and who will use them.  Space planning  is a process that takes several steps, and it's an important component for the work of interior designers and  architects .

3. ADJACENCY MATRIX Process 1. Identify the zones in a particular space 2. Analyze the relationship of these zones to one another A  design  structure  matrix  lists all constituent subsystems/activities and the corresponding information exchange, interactions, and dependency patterns.

But, the plan made after this phase is still not final. May other consideration can still spring up during the study of the plans.
