refers to the program being promoted by DOLE that provides family welfare services to workers , as described under Department Order No. 56-03 which is carried out in the workplace through a Family Welfare Committee (FWC) or similar welfare-based special body composed of representatives of labor, management and the plant clinic, if there is any. Providing Family Welfare SERVICE establishments employing more than 200 workers: Mandatory . establishments employing less than 200 workers: Voluntary . Providing the establishments workers benefits and attain home / family life as the core of the Family Welfare Program /FWP.
Putting FWP The Family Welfare Program is carried out by the employer by installing the Family Welfare Committee / FWC or similar workplace-based special body composed of representatives of labor, management and plant clinic. The FWC plans and oversees the implementation of various FWP activities.

Coordinate with the DOLE Regional Office within your jurisdiction for an orientation on FWP Organize the Family Welfare Committee from among the management, unions and workers and clinic workers Determine what is the particular need of the employees Steps Towards Setting a FWP in the Workplace
