RMB Differences

CP770 RMB Components

Split Rockshaft Rollers
The split rockshaft roller
design allows the
CP770 RMB to build
denser modules than the
CP690

The standard rotary brush helps keep the RMB belts clean from
debris.
CP690 this was an option.
Standard Rotary Brush

The brush should be slightly touching the belts.

Uniform RMB Belts

•The 6 long belts are smooth –AKK29499
•The 4 short belts are textured –AKK29500
•Belts are 222mm wide
(same width as wide CP690/7760)
•Same clips, AKK25568, and pins, KK36931,
as previous wide belt
•Adjustment is individual for left and right roller
for belt tracking.
