2.- PROJECT BACKGROUND - CURRENT SITUATION Bus stops at Tuctu and Truck Shop do not have protection against adverse weather conditions. Between December and April, severe weather conditions occur, like rain, snow, and thunderstorms. This condition increases the risk of personnel suffering from falls, slips, heatstroke, thermal stress, etc. TRUCK SHOP BUS STOP TUCTU ACCESS BUS STOP TUCTU 3 BUS STOP

2.- PROJECT BACKGROUND - CURRENT SITUATION Mining Operations workers at a meeting of the occupational health and safety committee requested the improvement of bus stops.

3.- PROJECT DESCRIPTION Improvement of Tuctu and Truck Shop bus stops is proposed to guarantee safety conditions of passengers.

4.- PROJECT SCOPE Tuctu Bus Stop: two roofs 7.85m x 4.2 m and 5.3m x 1.5m, with supported on a new concrete slab with drainage system and luminaries.

4.- PROJECT SCOPE Tuctu 3 Bus Stop: a roof with a dimension of 12.6m x 5.6 m, supported on a new concrete slab with drainage system and luminaries.

4.- PROJECT SCOPE Outside Tuctu Bus Stop: a roof with an approximate size of 47m x 1.2 m, supported on a new concrete slab, within drainage system.

4.- PROJECT SCOPE Truck Shop Bus Stop: 2 roofs 60m x 1.3 m and 15.6m x 2.6m, supported on an existing slab with drainage system and luminaries.

5.- PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN 5.1 RESPONSIBLES Engineering by: CESEL / Engineering-MCP Contract Management by: S&C Projects -MCP Purchase Management by: S &C Projects -MCP Direct Supervision –Execution: Construction -MCP Execution by: Contractor Project Control Management by: Project Control-MCP 5.2 SUMMARY EXECUTION PLAN • The conceptual engineering was developed by CESEL and validated by Engineering-MCP. Detailed engineering was developed by Engineering-MCP. • The detailed scope for the bidding process will be delivered for Engineering - MCP. • The bidding process will be carried out by Supply & Commercial Projects - MCP • The work will be carried out by the selected contractor. • Construction-MCP will be supervised the works. • User area will receive the new infrastructure.

7.- SCHEDULE ESTIMATE The estimated project time is 10 months   .

8.- BUDGET ESTIMATE The budget is based on the cost estimate of the Engineering Supplier (CESEL) and validated by Project Control-MCP. The budget was developed considering the detailed engineering.

8.- BENCHMARKING In Tunshuruco camp there is a pedestrian crossing with a metal roof outside dining room 1. This roof protects users from the adverse weather conditions.

9.- BENEFITS DESCRIPTION Improve safety conditions of mine operations workers at bus stops reducing risks due to weather conditions. Improve the work environment of Mine Operations workers, who have requested the improvement of bus stops to worker’s representatives in the safety committee.

11.- RECOMENDATIONS 12.2 Project Control: This project is not included in the HYR of CAPEX LIST 2024 The budget was estimated based in consultant information. We recommend the approval of this initiative to improve safety conditions in bus stops in Tuctu & Truck Shop 11.1 User area : This project will improve safety conditions for mine operations personnel. which are exposed to adverse weather conditions (persistent rain, snowfall, hail) in the bus stops. This project will improve the work environment of mine operations workers since it is a request made to the workers' representatives before the Safety Committee
