CASE 1 32 -year-old female patient presented to the ED with sudden vision loss PMI: Back pain x 1 month  Bach Mai hospital visit for back pain 10 days ago, prescribed with NSAID Today, headache and sudden vison loss PMH: Left side Bell Palsy since she was a child 3 Generalized seizure x 1 min while transferring to MRI

Examination Vital signs BP: 175/100 mmHg, HR: 100 SPO2 98% room air, BR: 20 Neurologic exam NO FOCAL DEFICITS, Normal eye movement, light reflex + Examination of visual acuity and blindness No Flinch when startle 4

CASE 2 59-year-old female presented to the ED with chief complaint of abdominal pain PMI: -Adominal pain x 10 days. Initially, epigastric pain with characteristic of constant, non-radiating, no nausea  Private clinic, got Upper Endoscopy done with Diagnosis of PUD suspected cancer biopsy, ultrasound showed grade 1 hydronephrosis -Abdominal pain got worse, with changed characteristic of colicky pain of RLQ -Asociated symptoms: Subjective fever PMH: No significant findings 20XX Pitch Deck 10
