Important Information Regarding Entertainment Activities:
●Entertainment activities within booths, including live music performances, are not
permitted throughout the event except during the designated exhibitor cocktail period.

Exhibitor Cocktail Entertainment:
●Entertainment slots are available for every 20 minutes during the cocktail period.
●Please inform your PO Hall if you wish to schedule entertainment for your exhibitor
cocktail event.
Eligibility for Entertainment:
●Entertainment is only available for Main Sponsors and Retail Sponsors who have a booth
at the event.
Food & Beverage:
●Exhibitors are welcome to serve any food or beverage during their designated exhibitor
cocktail period.

●Live music performances must be in soft acoustic or minus-one format.
●A full band equipment is prohibited, including the instruments below:

Winners of Best Booth Awards are selected by professional individual expertise in related fields.
Judging criteria are meticulously reviewed and judged based on the announced judging criteria.

For the Best Design category, the booth will be judged during construction, one day before the exhibition, all the way until the second
day of the event.

Booth Activity Regulations
●Exhibitors and their staff members may not conduct business or promotional activities
outside their allocated booth area
●Performances in the gangway area are prohibited
●Exhibitors and their staff members are prohibited from distributing any public materials
such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, or souvenirs outside of the booth area
●Entertainment activities in booths, including live music performances, are not allowed
except during the exhibitor cocktail period. (Tuesday, March 14 2024 from 16.30-18.30).
Please submit your Booth Programs Schedule on E-Operational Form 8 before 16 April
2024. Conflicting booth program schedules between neighbouring exhibitor booths will be
settled by drawing mechanism at the 2nd Technical Meeting
Companies that did not sent their representative during Booth Program Drawing will not be
able to choose new schedule if conflicted on the day of the
Booth Activity Slot:
●One slot equals thirty (30) minutes of the booth program
●A maximum of 2 (two) Booth Program Slots can be taken consecutively (1 hours).
●Exhibitors can sign up for a maximum of 2 consecutive booth program slots

Program
•To avoid sound clash, booth program must be
synchronized by time slot
•Conflict = Slots taken at the same time by
two or more adjacent exhibitors
•Backsound is allowed with maximum limit :
20dB.
●Speaker volume must not exceed 60 dB from the booth’s borderline facing
into the gangway.
●Backsound is allowed with minimum limit 20dB
Speaker Position
●Maximum Height: The speaker must be positioned at a maximum height of
4.5 meters.
●Directional Angle: The speaker should be directed downwards at a 45°
angle and must not extend beyond the booth boundaries.
●Two-Story Booth Placement: For speakers located on the second level of a
two-story booth, they must be directed vertically downwards towards the
booth's interior.
●Restricted Usage: Speakers can only be used for booth program purposes
such as product demonstrations, interactive quizzes, and other forms of
entertainment.

1)Exhibitors who have

3) The organizer will input the name of the exhibitor who
has a schedule conflict on live and will be shuffled through
the system
4) This “ wheel drawing system” will spin randomly and stop
automatically at the name of the selected exhibitor. The
winner get to choose that time and the other exhibitor will
be shuffled to choose new time.
5) The organizer will inform the exhibitor the available slot
to choose that will not conflict with their neighbor.

If two neighboring booths have a conflict, the first
exhibitor selected will get their preferred schedule. The
spin will then continue for the other exhibitor in the
same time slot.
CONFLICTED BOOTH CONFLICTED BOOTH
If there are more than two conflicting booths, the first
exhibitor selected will get their preferred schedule, and
other booths can take that same slot as long as they are
not neighboring each other. The spin will continue for the
remaining conflicting exhibitors in the same slot
If there are conflicting booth programs scheduled for neighboring
exhibitor booths, the organizer will need to shuffle the schedule.
The spin will continue for other exhibitors with different time slots, and
so on, until all conflicts are resolved.
