2. Refers to the subject of the Senior High School Curriculum , which involves hands-on experience or work simulation in which learners can apply their competencies ad acquired knowledge relevant to their work It is a requirement for graduation in Secondary Education. WORK IMMERSION

3. Monitor our students (They only need to render 8 hours a day). They must be ensured using the MOOE. Sign their Parental consent before sending them to the Work Immersion Site Let them wear their ID everyday They should wear slacks or pants ( not riff jeans or not short skirts ), comfortable and conservative t-shirts ( not fitted and not hanging or crop top or not sleeve less) to avoid unfavorable happening during the work immersion Have them bring extra shirts/ towel (comfortable and conservative) Let them commute (riding bus instead of motorcycles) If they are going ride or drive motorcycles, parents need to sign a parental consent allowing their child to drive motorcycles drive motorcycles and stating that the school and the work place manager are not liable) Have them bring their lunch and merienda In case that students are not able to attend the work immersion during a certain day, please inform the teacher and the manager through a letter or a text. 4. Complete the 80 hours ( 10 days which is 8 hours a day ) of Work Immmersion supported with Daily Time Record (DTR) signed by the manager (after completing the 80 hours Work Immersion Time frame ). Medical Certificate Barangay Clearance Parental Consent signed by Parents/Guardian Work Immersion Portfolio (To be accomplished during Work Immersion and to be presented after) List of Tasks signed by the student, parent, manager and the work immersion teacher Clearance signed by the Work Place Manager (After completing the 80 hours Work Immersion Time frame) Certificate of Completion signed by the Work Place Manager ( After completing the 80 hours Work Immersion Time frame) WORK IMMERSION REQUIREMENTS
