•Every form contains a Detail section, which contains the main data in the form.
•A form header displays information only at the top of the first printed page of the form.
•A form footerdisplays information only at the bottom of the last printed page of the form.
•A page headerdisplays information at the top of every page of the form.
•A page footerdisplays information at the bottom of every page of the form.
Control Use
Bound Displays data from a field in an underlying table or query.
Unbound Displays information—such as instructions, images, lines, or rectangles—that
is not tied to a field in a table or query.
Calculated Displays data calculated from an expression based on fields in a table or query
or another calculated control in a form.
1. Open frmHumanResourcesData with Design View.
2. Move the mouse pointer over the bottom edge of the Form Footer bar until the pointer
turns into a resizing double-headed arrow, and drag the edge down about one inch.

3. Click Label in the form header section.
4. Select the Caption of the Label in the form header section.
5. Type Employee Information
6. Click Aa (Label Control) from the Controls Toolbox.
7. Click in the Form Footer section just below the Form Footer bar, and then type This
information is confidential and should be viewed only by authorized personnel.
8. Click View button.
