OSS -NCS Neighbour relations Schedule NCS-W Measurements CITRIX → Performance → Radio NW Optimisation (RNO) File → New Recording → NCS Tick Measure WCDMA (only), un-tick Measure GSM if it is ticked Insert hours – start time and finish time Select cells, choose RNC, find site, copy cells Save and schedule. Retrieve NCS-W Measurements when recording is finished File → Export → Custom Post Processing (2 files are produced a *.conf and *.msmt) Write down the directory in which the two files are located Go to this directory on the OSS and take a copy of the *.msmt file and save it onto your hard drive Open this file with MS Excel (this file contains information on missing and defined neighbours)
