Freedom of Human Person Another reality that we have to face as we exercise our freedom is the fact that freedom is experiences through the act of making choices.
What makes us free? How does freedom shape our experiences? 1. Voluntariness Refers to ability of a person to act out of his or her own free will and self-determination.

Kinds of Freedom: 1. Physical Freedom - refers to the absence of physical restraint. - free to act, move and do everything . Example: Freedom to go where he/she wants to go, not impeded in his/her actions by any physical force. Going to school, going out with friends, going to the mall, out of town vacations. 2. Psychological Freedom - also known as “Freedom of Choice”. - free to perform actions that he/she considers right and wise . Example: Helping an old man passing a pedestrian lane. It’s your choice whether you help her or not. 3. Moral Freedom - refers to using of freedom in a manner that upholds human dignity. Example: Do an outreach program to help the typhoon victims. Being honest, or by saying what is true.
