6. SEISO / SWEEP / SHINE this is a process for keeping everything in the workplace clean. Is an action to sweep your workplace thoroughly.

7. SEIKETSU /STANDARDIZE this is a process for maintaining the seiri , seiton , and seiso conditions in an effort to prevent every possible problem from occurring. Is a condition where high standard of good housekeeping is maintained

8. SHITSUKE / SEL-DISCIPLINE this process involves extensive training for workers to perform their duties for proper practices and policies in their workplace.

9. CONCLUSION It is important to consider safety measures in the workplace. It is not the result of cleaning up once a week or even once a day. It is the result of keeping the workplace cleaned-up all the time. It is an essential factor in a good safety program, promoting safety, health production and morale. Besides preventing accidents and injuries, good housekeeping saves space, time and materials. When a workplace is clean, orderly, and free of obstruction, work can get done safely and properly.
