Reduce your stress by packing your labor bag ahead of time.

‰ Cards, games, books, or crossword puzzles
‰ Cassette or CD player and music
‰ Bathrobe, Pajamas, socks, nightgown, and slippers
‰ Toothpaste, toothbrush and other toiletries
‰ Hair band
‰ A favorite pillow
‰ A sponge or water spray to cool you down
‰ Nursing bras or good support bras
‰ Feminine pads
‰ Comb, brush, shampoo, toilet articles
‰ Hair dryer
‰ Comfortable clothes for going home
‰ Breast pump (If you’re going to use one)
