2. As part of your child's school requirements, please complete two forms from the Guidance Office: (1) the Student Information Sheet (SIS) https://bit.ly/ldcugsSIS ( 2) the Pupil's Directory (PD) https://bit.ly/ldcugsPD These forms must be filled out on or before August 31, 2024.

3. REMINDERS: "School ID Data Entry Form S.Y. 2024-2025". Please comply this as soon as possible. Check the Homeroom Google classroom for the ID link. Schedule for ID picture taking on SEPTEMBER. Grade 1- 3, will be on September_______

4. Grade 2 Cheerfulness Elimination Round Contest for the pagtutula ng “ Ang Batang Magalang” on August 20 (Tuesday) Final Round (Grade 2 Cheerfulness and Punctuality- competing for the Top 3) on August 22 (Thursday) Note: Only the Top 1 or Champion will receive a Medal during the Culminating Program ng Buwan ng Wika.

5. August 29 (Thursday) Culminating Program of Buwan ng Wika Prepare Kasuotang Pinoy Pista sa Nayon (after the program) Updates will be posted on what will happen during this day.

6. STRICT IMPLEMENTATION of the Wearing of School Uniform (Monday to Wednesday) Starting SEPTEMBER If uniform is NOT YET DONE, please present the Sastre receipt (Ms.Ardine) Those do not have uniform yet… Student must wear decent clothes. Note: PE uniform will be worn on THURSDAY only.
