History : A Background The journey of the world’s most Favored Basmati brand was embarked upon by two enterprising brothers Khushi Ram and Behari Lal who founded KRBL (formerly known as Khushi Ram Behari Lal) in 1889 at Lyallpur, known now as Faisalabad in Pakistan.
