1. Case 1 CVEK PULPOTOMY WITH MTA

2. A 9 year old female patient reported to the outpatient department of Pedodontics and Preventive D entistry, with the chief complaint of fractured teeth due to trauma, 4 hours ago.

3. M/H: Non contributory O/E: Ellis class III # of 21 Ellis class II # of 11,12 1degree mobility of 11 and 21 Intra oral periapical radiograph confirm the same.

4. TREATMENT PLAN : Splinting of 53 to 63 Cvek pulpotomy of 21 with MTA and Light cure resin restoration of 11 and 12

5. Isolation done with Optra dam Splinting done and access cavity prepared,

6. MTA dispenses on glass slab Haemostasis achieved, followed by MTA placement on 21 . The MTA was covered by LC composite.

7. Immediate Post operative after removal of Optra dam. Immediate Post-operative IOPAR

8. Pre-operative view Post operative view after one month
