5. What is A Circle ? A circle is simply a round shape that has no corners or line segments . It is a closed curve shape in geometry. The points of circle are at a fixed distance from the “ center ”.

7. Center All points on a circle are at an equal distance from a fixed point called “Center”.

8. Radius A distance between the center of a circle and any point on it.

9. Chord A line segment that joins 2 points on a Circle.

10. Diameter Chord passing through the center of a circle. It is the longest chord. Diameter is twice the radius

11. ARC Any part of a Circle

12. Semi – Circle Arc that goes halfway around the circle
