SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT Social environment of business means all factors which affect business socially. Every business works in a society. So society’s different factors like religious aspects, language, family, educational institutions etc are affects business. CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT Cultural environment means the environment which affects the basic values, behaviors and preferences of the society- all of which have an effect on consumer. Culture may be explained as the acquired knowledge that people use to interpret, experience and to generate social behavior.
Culture is learned, shared and transmitted from one generation to the next. It can be passed from parents to children by social organizations, special interest groups, the governments, schools etc. Culture is multidimensional, consisting of a number of common elements that are interdependent. Culture shapes behavior or structure’s one’s perceptions of the world. It is interrelated. CHARACTERISTICS OF CULTURE
