The integration of both crop and animal production offers valuable opportunities to enhance agricultural productivity and promote sustainability. This project proposal focuses on providing agricultural technology students with a comprehensive practicum experience in two key areas of agriculture: lettuce (Lactuca sativa) production through hydroponics and duck fattening (Anas platyrhynchos) for meat production.
