Sehlaba -Thebe Sehlabathebe is a small village located in the Qacha’s Nek region of Lesotho. This little village is located on the outskirts of the country’s only national park. The name Sehlabathebe means “Shield of the Plateau” and this name is a perfect description for the rolling grasslands, wild flowers and absolute silence. The atmosphere that is created by all these characteristics is one of complete isolation.

Bokong Nature Reserve Bokong Nature Reserve is one of the highest reserves in Africa . You may see cattle posts (metebo) which are the ruins of interconnected cattle shelters and kraals for stock that were built from stone.

David Ellenberger a missionary of the Parish Evangelical Missinary Society, who was invited to the place by Chief Moorosi of the Baphuthi. it holds an eclectic gruop of objects, including family photos, traditional clothing, taxidermied animals.
