Who is Abrasive Person ?

Recognize the psychological axiom.
Uncritically report your observations.
Point out you are with him.
His provocative behavior.
Challenge your observation.
Strong relationship.
Repeat this process.

Can not see reality.
Told very early.
Manager as sheepdog.

They need frequent feedback.
