2. Accidents In Children An accident is sudden cause of death or an emergency in children. In urban areas due to over crowding , one room may be used for the multipurpose such as for sleeping, cooking, playing etc. Such a room may have electrical appliances and other materials used for day to day living . This surroundings , if unprotected may cause ACCIDENTS

3. Cont.…. Children from the age of 6 months to 1 year can move from place to place. Until the preschool age, children may have an accidents in home or surroundings the home , where they play . School age children move about & develop interest in play away from the home such as the play ground, river, street or pool. At the later stage children may become adventurous and become prone to may accidents.
