Points to ponder UHC pathways for TB prevention and care Focus on individuals  services governance arrangements & systems society UHC is as much about equity & quality, processes of care as it is about financing (but reduced to latter) Ultimately, strong social care & primary healthcare systems need to support TB care & not TB-specific schemes & programs (stop-gap) 10
