12 Quality improvements plan for next three years (F26 to F28) ① Ensure implementation of the ACTION PLAN formulated for this fiscal year that has not yet been implemented. ② Implemented measures to raise awareness of “kaizen” It is a matter of course to do “kaizen” when a problem occurs, not only to improve the problem, but also to ask “How can we reduce defects? How can we improve productivity? How can we improve productivity? It is essential to keep thinking about what can be updated on a daily basis. We believe that the accumulation of small “kaizen” efforts will lead to major improvements. On the other hand, it is difficult to achieve effective results by educating employees and encouraging them to be more aware of kaizen through education and mentality. The most effective way to raise awareness of kaizen is to establish a system that enables employees to actually experience the results of improvements and realize their benefits. ⇒ Currently considering measures to revitalize TPM activities.
