2.Before the user begins, encouraged to complete a personal
review to test their self awareness.

3.Once personal review is complete, users progress through the
‘leadership journey’, completing each module in their own time.

4.Each of the interactive learning modules is structured in a
four-way format, in which students are presented with an
‘overview’, and then tasks to ‘think’, ‘do’ and ‘review’.

5.Users receive their certificate with 20 hours verified CPD and

and multimedia content, and
stages of thinking and
reflection. Each challenge
represents a key area of
leadership.

•At the end of each challenge
users are asked to write up
their reflections on each
specific learning challenge,
then it is considered complete.

•Users can access the
challenges at any point and
retake them if they wish.
