THANK YOU In my personal opinion, Susan is absolutely right. I've been practicing everything she says about being conscious of my emotions, and it's made a significant difference. Not only has it helped me manage my own emotions better, but it has also enabled me to understand and empathize with others more effectively. Previously, I used to suppress my negative feelings, which led to feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. However, by accepting and processing these emotions, I've found greater inner peace and a deeper sense of connection with those around me.
