2. About the Department of Agri Business Management/ Entrepreneuership
Khandesh college education society was formed in the year 1945. KCES's College of Engineering &
Management is promoted and funded by KCE Society. KCES's COEM, Department of Agri Business
Management/Entrepreneurship was conceptualized in 2021 under the visionary & concrete guidance of Hon.
President Shri. Nandkumar Bendale. The department has a competent & positive minded head with a team of
qualified, experienced & dedicated faculties.
The department is actively involved in industry - oriented research addressing agricultural marketing related
problems of farmer technology transfer, good marketing practices, market information & intelligence. Besides
regular curriculum, students are given exposure to soft skill development, public speaking, team building, brain
storming, seminars, debates, live projects, expert lectures by eminent personalities from corporate sectors.
The department has been working from last 03 years with course duration of two years & provide student
with the necessary skill and knowledge to manage an agricultural business.
