Selection process of Incubatees Round 1 : Submission of Application Form with the fees Round 2 : Preliminary eligibility screening by ABIC Round 3 : Presentation of Idea before PMRC Round 4 : Final selection & signing of MOA between Incubatees and ABIC

IDP Training NAHEP – IDP Student Entrepreneurs Training is an initiative taken by ICAR with an ambitious step in further strengthening the National Agricultural Education system in the country through National Agricultural Higher education Project (NAHEP). With the same motive various trainings were planned by Directorate of research to be organized for Under Graduate students of all the colleges of CCS Haryana Agricultural University. In the series, six such trainings in the field of entrepreneurship were organized by ABIC.

Organic Agriculture 03rd March, 2020 A total of 114 students from various colleges participated in these trainings. NAHEP – IDP Training. Theses trainings were imparted by more Than 15 mentors/ experts across India and proved to be win- win situation for both ABIC and Students.

Honorarium of Experts i ) Rs. 3,000/- per lecture for Professor & Associate Prof & Rs. 2,000/- for Assistant Prof ii) Rs. 5,000/- for Industry Leaders/ MNC Executives iii) Rs. 4,000/- for Agri- preneurs Seed Money for Startups The DGM NABARD was proposed to release an amount of Rs. 25 lacs as seed money and Rs 50 lacs as corpus fund for the start-ups. Additionally, it was suggested that a formal request can be made to NABARD for consideration to count the interest earned on savings account of ABIC towards Corpus fund Selection of Incubatees 7 applications were received and four were selected as incubatees

Approval of equipment The balance amount after re-appropriation stands out to be Rs. 20 lacs which ABIC needs for purchase of equipment under food processing unit and a formal letter was sent to NABARD for the permission of the same on 27 th Nov 2019 vide letter no. ABIC/2019/1137 dated 27.11.2019 Demand of funds for next quarter ( upto March 2020) The proposal was approved in principle except for seed money and corpus fund for the start-ups. The unspent amount of Rs. 14.1 lacs under manpower cost may be utilized for the salary of ABIC officials and contractual staff Reimbursement of TA/DA of TBI Manager - Arpit Taneja DGM NABARD was requested

Application Fee Application Fee as Rs. 500/- (DD) was approved and was suggested to get the pre-screening done at ABIC by ABIC Officials before final screening by PMRC Hike in Salary of ABIC Officials A request was put up correspondingly with other managers in the similar projects and a proposal for same will be put up in meeting of ABIC Governing Board Holding of PMRC Meetings To conduct PMRC meeting once in two months. QPR and Newsletter have been published for the first quarter and has been sent to NABARD
