“Hello, Miss Belle!” Christian said. “I'm very excited to study your poster-making techniques, Ma'am ,” he continued. “Hello, Christian!” said Miss Belle. “Are you ready to listen? C o n n o t a t i o n Connotation is a word that expresses another meaning different from its literal meaning.

O b j e c t i v e # 2 Classify the given sentences into the proper column based on whether they are denotation or connotation.

Activity #2: ‘ P u t M e W h e r e I B e l o n g ! ’ Direction: Classify the provided sentences written on a strip of paper into the proper column based on whether they express denotation or connotation.
