Demographic Segmentation Age Groups: offers Coca-Cola Classic and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar to appeal to younger consumers who are more health-conscious and prefer sugar-free options. On the other hand, Coca-Cola has also introduced products like Coca-Cola Life, sweetened with natural ingredients, to target older consumers who may be more concerned about their sugar intake.
Demographic Segmentation Gender: recognizes that men and women have different athletic needs and preferences, and therefore, they have developed separate product lines and marketing campaigns for each segment.
Demographic Segmentation Income levels: offers different membership tiers, such as Amazon Prime and Prime Student, to cater to customers with varying budgets. Local Marketing: When Uber was trying to expand its geographic reach, it used big data from social media platforms to learn more about the specific transportation problems in each city it was looking to move into. Niche Marketing: Glorious PC Gaming Race has become a seven-figure business simply by offering high-quality (and often customizable) products to PC Gamers. Jacamo first launched in 2007, they primarily targeted larger (and taller) men who struggle to find well-fitting clothes on the high-street.
