Hetu given are below :- विरुद्ध आहार – incompatible दृष्ट - rotten अम्ल – sourfood विदाहि - increase burning sensation पित्प्रकोपी अन्नपान . विरुद्धदुष्टाम्लविदाहिपित्तप्रकोपिपानान्नभुजो विदग्धम् । पित्तं स्वहेतूपचितं पुरा यत्तदम्लपित्तं प्रवदन्ति सन्तः ॥

It is characterised by thirst, burningsensation , fainting, giddiness, delusion, occasional oppression in chest, अधो अम्लपित् लक्षण Skin rashes, diminished function of Agni horripilation, perspirations & yellowish discoloration of body तृड्दाहमूर्च्छाभ्रममोहकारि प्रयात्यधो वा विविधप्रकारम् । हल्लासकोठानलसादहर्षस्वेदाङ्गपीतत्वकरं कदाचित् ॥ M.Ni . 51/3

At this if person doesn’t follow rules & regulation of diet and indulging unwholesome diet due to greed ↓
The same gets severely vitiated and immediately it attains sourness

The repeatedly eaten food gets improperly processed into Rasadhātu ↓ ‘ Amla pitta.’
