Introduction Business is concerned with all the activists of making money within an organisation . Business can be in several forms as per the law of any country. The business is developed and performed in an environment which is known as a business environment ( Damaschin , 2017). To be successful in a competitive market business organisations need to have applied unique and effective strategic plans. In this presentation, strategic plans and implementations will be analysed based on the effects of current market trends. The presentation is made for the Bluc Graphics company which provides graphics design services to customers in the United Kingdom (Walker, 2011). To justify, formulate and implement an effective strategy for business organisations , an analysis of the current positive and negative effects of the market trends is needed which was performed in the presentation for the company.

The organisation can overcome its negative impacts by applying effective strategic practices with its current capabilities and resources. The trends encompass sustainability, digital transformation and technological solutions ( Frascara , 2022). In this situation, it is very important to adept these teams in the organisation's functions to secure their position in competitive marketing and offering service based on customer demands.
