Shadow the process of creating, duplicating, and rejecting
quotes.
Assist in handling Safe Work Method Statements and project
handover documents.
Observe and participate in updating the price list and
assembly list.
Learn how to update assets to jobs based on the picking list.
Observe and assist in maintaining the NBN calendar for the
Business Operations Group.
Shadow the task of updating material and SOR quantities,
update and maintain job information and participate in
updating the N2P sheets in client’s business systems.
Assist in the submission of completed jobs for quality control
inspection.
Learn how to process jobs that have successfully passed
quality control.
Observe and participate in the process of downloading and
annotating photos in the Fulcrum system.
Here are some of the activities I typically engage in

ensure compliance with limits.
Daily checking of emails, data entry and follow-ups.
Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring that receipts and
invoices in Xero.
Managing employee timesheets as well as recording and
tracking employee leaves.
Encode allocated jobs into the accounting system and
generate invoices for completed jobs.
Provide assistance with various administrative tasks to
support client operations.
Create a bill and spend money in xero
import credit card transactions and send uncoded statement
lines.

Transforming Josiah College's new wing with The Big
Picture Group

In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, the
demand for versatile and engaging spaces has never been
more pronounced. Traditional lecture halls are giving way
to Multi-Purpose spaces, where technology plays a pivotal
role in enhancing the learning experience.
Josiah College sought an engaging, budget-friendly Multi-
Purpose space with visibility both inside and outside. The
challenge was to integrate audio seamlessly,
accommodating a lectern microphone without feedback
issues.
The Big Picture Group strategically selected and
positioned speakers, focusing on dispersion and mounting
height. This meticulous approach allowed for optimal
audio coverage inside and projection outside, overcoming
potential feedback challenges.
Controlled by an AMX wall controller and processor, the
system ensured simplicity and ease of use, meeting the
school's requirements for a user-friendly setup.
The collaborative effort resulted in a successful execution,
providing Josiah College with a versatile, engaging space
that exceeded expectations. The project showcases The
Big Picture Group's commitment to innovative solutions
and client satisfaction within budget constraints.
