Background Multiple Reports with numerous data on different initiatives makes it challenging to track and have overall monthly updates on countries & regions within their countries 2. Feedback from the countries that much time taken to create & submit reports for use by different stakeholders 3. Different reports used by different stakeholders create uncertainty during discussion and questions on accuracy

It aims to improve the efficiency of RSMs by reducing manual work in reports submission and able to equip them with business analysis tools . Objective All updates by RSMs are captured in central report system which enables to access information Enables RSMs to monitor and track activities & meetings of their region & leaders' performance with the ability to generate modular reports Central location for frequency used Sales Dashboards & Deep Dive Tools reports for ease access Facilitates discussions with GM & Sales team on planning & strategy to improve on the business growth.
