Cleaning cycle recommendations
Clean on Demand On-demand cleaning should have an initial differential pressure
set points between 8 mbar and 12 mbar (across cell plate).
If differential pressure is measured flange to flange to above
ranage should be added casing pressure drop (~ 3-5 mbar).
Clean On Time (Continous) Duration between pulses should be set to 20 seconds.
After commissioning duration b/pulses should be adapted to
operate at addecuated differential pressure.
Frequency Pulsing frequency should never be any faster than the reservoir
recovery to operating compress air pressure.
