Subject: REQUEST FOR PAYMENT OF ANNUAL/SECURITY CHARGES IN
INSTALLMENTS

Dear Sir/Madam,
It is sated that my 2 sons Syed Inshal Haider (Newly promoted in Class 9
th
) and
Muhammad Danish Haider (Newly Promoted in Class 3). The entire course of 9
th
class has been
changed and annual / security charges have also been included in the month of April. Due to
upcoming Eid and other miscellaneous expense like on books stationary it will not be possible for
us to deposit the annual fee in the month of April.
In view of above it is requested that we may allowed to pay the annual/security
charges in 2 to 3 Installments of both the above mentioned students and fee voucher for the month
of April may kindly be revised respectively, please.
I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
