Content of Application Letter 3 HEADING: Contact Information Your name, your address, zip code, email address and phone number THE DATE should be complete following M-D-Y format INSIDE ADDRESS: Hiring Manager & Company Information Include the hiring manager’s name, title, company name, company address, (company’s contact number, hiring manager’s email address if possible) SALUTATION: Address The Hiring Manager By Name A standard application letter salutation includes the hiring manager’s last name, begins with ‘Mr.’ or ‘Ms.’ or another relevant professional title
