19. How easy is it to get set up?
It’s very easy to get setup with Ara. It takes about ten minutes on average, especially if you
already have an iPad or an Android Tablet. After you sign up, just download the Ara’s tablet
app from Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore.
What equipment do I need to use Ara?
All you need an iPad or Android based tablet. We also recommend a stand to make sign-in
easier, and if you plan on printing badges, you’ll need the Bluetooth printer.
How do I know how many locations I need?
For most customers, a “location” is defined as a physical office. But you can also set up Ara
at each floor or at multiple buildings within one central campus.
Where is customer data stored?
All customer data and metadata are stored with enterprise grade security in Amazon Web
Services (AWS) servers. Ara does not store any customer data on local devices or any other
internal network.
