Arjuna Natural Extracts Ltd is India’s leading manufacturer and exporter of standardized botanical extracts for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries was founded by Mr. P.J Kunjachan & Dr. Benny Antony in 1989. Arjuna has to its credit a total of 26 patents of which 25 are international patents.
Currently in India Arjuna is the only manufacturer of concentrated Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil. OBJECTIVES OF PROJECT To access whether training programs has any effect on the performance of the employees. To analyze the need of training in the organization. To analyze the training methods followed in Arjuna natural extracts ltd,Coimbatore and its merits.
To study the impact of training programs. To understand the employees attitude towards the training programs.
TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION A 15 numbered questionnaire based on effectiveness of training is prepared.
METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION Primary data as well as secondary data is used for the research study. Primary Data is collected through the Questionnaire and through the interactions with the Head of the Departments and Team members. Secondary Data is collected through previous records, Newspapers, Business Magazines and Internet.
