ArmorLiner (1:1, Hybrid Polyurea ) A medium hardness material, with a quick 5 seconds set time. This is our most useful all around coating. It has very good physical properties and is used for all sorts of general coatings.
HighLine 410 (1:1, Aliphatic Pure Polyurea ) This material is a color fast Pure Polyurea , this material will have no color change or alteration while still providing the physical strength and durability of polyurea
HighLine 510 (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This is an excellent corrosion resistant material with superior skid resistance even to the ArmorLiner . The slightly slower set time allows for a smoother texture application. This material is moisture resistant during application making it a great choice for moisture laden environments.
HighLine 510H (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This material is a harder version of our moisture resistant 510. It carriers a greater abrasion resistance and greater overall chemical resistances
HighLine 610 (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) The HighLine 610 is our greatest temperature range of application material. This material can be sprayed at very low temperatures without experiencing any detriment to the finished coating and has properties very similar to the HighLine 510
AquaSafe (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This material is the Potable Water Certified version of the HighLine 510 It passes the US ANSI NSF-61. This material has a very high tensile and tear strength, coupled with good elongation. This is a very durable and resistant coating.
UltraBlast (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This is the ultimate in blast protection. Its exceedingly high tensile and tear strengths allow this material to survive extreme pressures. This material also has great adhesion to various construction substrates, which allow it to hold together a structure in very adverse conditions
UltraTech (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This is our highest abrasion resistant material. It is very good for sites where extreme wear resistance is necessary.
FlexGard-75 (1:1, Hybrid Polyurea ) This is a relatively soft high pressure material with good slip resistance, it has been used to re-cover conveyor slip rollers at the end of their lifespan.
SureGrip (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This material is a softer material with the greatest elongation properties. Combined with its tensile and tear strength, this material adapts very well to multiple substrates and substrates with high movement. The SureGrip also has the highest coefficient of friction, maxing out our slip resistance testing!
ArmorSeal 100 AL (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This softer, more flexible material is designed to hold an aluminized leaf pigment. The result is a reflective surface not unlike the backside of tin foil. This material can retain its integrity even when the substrate needs to move and flex underneath, and the reflective surface can mitigate heat absorption.
HiChem (1:1, Pure Polyurea ) This material offers the most comprehensive chemical and corrosion resistances. Physically it has good skid resistance, and very good impact and abrasion resistances.
EnviroThane (1:1, Hybrid Polyurea ) This material is our standard secondary containment material; it has the lowest lineal shrinkage of our standard lines and works very well when used with geotextiles or felts for large area containments.
Hardcoat (1:1, Polyurethane) One of the hardest elastomeric coating we offer. This extremely rigid coating can do everything from coating foam to add rigidity, to spraying on the inside of a mold and holding its shape when released! This material is also available is a fire retardant version that is recommended for use with signs and displays in public areas.
ArmorFoam (1:1, Polyurethane) This spray foam insulation is available in closed or open cell, and in densities varying from 0.5 lbs. to 7+lbs. 2 lb. foam is the standard.
