PT CONOP 16-008 MISSION STATEMENT: EXCHECK CDR’S INTENT: Conduct High Intensity Interval Training in order to increase speed by working on quick twitch muscles KEY TASKS: Conduct PRT Conduct MMD1 Conduct MMD2 Conduct Last Man Up Drill Conduct Recovery Stretch Conduct AAR for PT END STATE: Improve the resistance to fatigue of the active muscles by repeatedly exposing them to high intensity effort. As a result of their increased anaerobic and aerobic endurance, Soldiers will be able to sustain performance of physically demanding tasks at a higher intensity for a longer duration. PT Leader will Provide Gatorade in a cooler. LT Newark will provide radio for music to play during the run. After PT, platoon will be released for personal hygiene and breakfast. COMMAND AND CONTROL: I will email out to the class the plan for the day and the meeting location in an email 24hrs prior to PT. I will brief the exercises for the day at the start of the PT session. I will use a watch to keep time and all Soldiers will be kept together under my time. I will utilize the Black Top for Preparatory Drill, MMD1, and MMD2, and we will move to the back parking lot to conduct Last Man Up. Conduct preparatory drill. Conduct MMD1 and MMD2 drill . Conduct Last Man Up drill. Conduct stretch drill/AAR. Classmates on profile from regular exercise will be accounted for and will conduct: 4 for the Core Hip Stability Drill Conditioning Drill 3 In the same area, followed by t he stretch drill with the class. 0545-0555- Morning Formation/Accountability 0555-0600- Conduct Preparatory Drill 0600- Flag 0601-0605- Preparatory Drill 0605-0615- MMD1 0615-0630- MMD2 0630-0650- Last Man Up 0650-0700- Recovery Stretch/ AAR
