3. Managing Director
Waddah has nearly twenty four years experience as construction professional. After his graduation as a Civil Engineer from Beirut
Arab University in 1987, he joined Ghiyath Al Nasser Consultants, Aleppo-Syria as a Project Manager responsible for a residential
compound with a built up area of 80,000 sq. m. In 1991 he moved to UAE where he worked with AMANA Abu Dhabi as
Construction Manager putting the foundation stone for Operations Department. He went up the corporate ladder to become Dy.
General Manager AMANA Dubai in 1997 and later a Partner and General Manager AMANA Sharjah in 1998.
During 11 years of association with AMANA, Waddah had successfully orchestrated execution and delivery of 235 projects with an
approximate total value of AED 1.5 billion. The following are some of the major projects delivered:
n National Cable Industries Factory in Sharjah with a build up area of 20,000 sq.m
nHempel Paints Factory in Sharjah witha Built up area of 19,500 sq.m.
nFirst Gulf Bank in Ajman with a built up area of 24,000 sq.m
nBoat Factory for Gulf Craft Co. in Um Al Quwain with a built up area of 12,600 sq.m
1n 2005, Waddah co-founded and chaired CTC Group in Ras Al Khaima. The Group comprised six companies finely tuned to
provide wide spectrum of construction services:-

The Group delivered158 different projects with an approximate total value of AED 721 million. The following are some of the major
projects delivered:
n325-room Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, a turnkey project with a build up area of 37,000 sq. m and 26,000 sq. m facilities
n389 Warehouses with a built up area of 37,376 sq.m
nStaff accommodation with a built up area of 24,134 sq.m
n10-storey Smart Office Building with a built up area of 19,500 sq.m
nDistrict Cooling Plant
The 2008 turmoil necessitated restructuring of the business, thus CTC Group was dissolved and ASIA Group was founded on
competent skills, adequate resources, proper timing of activity planning and performance, teamwork, effective communication, fair
dealing with people, honesty and intergrity.

Ghyath has nearly Twenty Six years experience as construction professional. After his graduation as a Civil
Engineer in 1986, he joined Military Housing Establishment, Aleppo-Syria as Site Engineer in Meridian Hotel
Project. In 1989 he moved to UAE where he worked in various Contracting Companies.
Between 1993 and 2006 he worked for Private Building Establishment for HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak
as the Head of Engineering and Project Department. During these 13 years Ghyath had successfully supervised
the execution of different projects together with 9 towers including Al Hana, Deena, Al Jahli, Al Falah and Al
Wahda Towers
In 2006 Ghyath joined CTC Group in Ras Al Khaima to supervise the Hilton Hotel. Later in 2008 he moved to ASIA
Prime General Contracting as the General Manager

This Project of Al Rostamani Group comprises of Workshops for Central Trading, Suzuki, United
Diesel, Workshop Yard for Al Rostamani Pegal, Workshop for their cut & bend Factory, G + 1 Pre-
cast Labour Accommodation and Office Buildings. Also there are other services facilities such as
Guard Room, Sub-station, Grey Water Treatment Plant for Labour accommodation and washing
bay for United Diesel.
The Labour Accommodation of around 7,400 m² area consists of 191 Labour Rooms + 21

M/S AL NISR PUBLISHING LLC has awarded ASIA the Enabling work for NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY FOR
GULF NEWS @ Dubai-DIP-Plot No's 597-654.
The project is split into two packages:
Package 1: The enabling works.
Package 2: The construction of the production facilities.
M/S FAITHFUL+GOULD was assigned by AL NISR PUBLISHING as a Project Manager, and M/S WS ATKINS
AND PARTNERS OVERSEAS was assigned by AL NISR PUBLISHING LLC as the Projects Engineer.
The Plot covers an estimated area of 86,000 Sqm. The building footprint will be located within an estimated area
54,983 Sqm.
General Contracting Company will provide comprehensive works and services comprising of enabling
works which includes site clearance, site leveling and ground improvement works.
The Ground improvement shall be done using a technique of Dynamic Compaction and Dynamic
Replacement.
