3. Since its inception in 1960, Atul Carriers Logistics has lived up to its customers' expectations and
has been a trusted name in the market as a credible logistics companyAtul Carriers helps
thousands of Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers of various industries to focus on their core
business by providing affordable and quality transportation of their goods across their Channel
Partners. ACL offers its goods transportation services currently in 10 states of India and 2 Union
Territory. Operations are performed in these areas using 70 branches and franchises.
Atul Carriers serve business ranging from the packaged goods/grocery, Chemicals, Metal Industry,
Leather, Textiles, Paper and Paper Products, Cosmetics, Electronics Etc. Atul Carriers
provide comprehensive transport service inclusive of all the paperwork and documentation
required. This form of service delivery is core to the company and our biggest strength. As attested
by our clients, we take pride in ourselves that we provide this service exceptionally well. Atul
Carriers has been working as preffered transporter for more than 300 companies in India.

COMPANY HISTORY
Atul Carriers was established in the year 1960 at Kolkata. Founded by Virendar Arora, his brothers Lalit
Arora and Vinod Arora. The company started with delivering Goods from Kolkata to Jamshedpur. With
time it has grown to 10 states and 1 Union Territory. As the business grew it changed its base location
from Kolkata to New Delhi 2000. Later in the year 1999, Lalit Arora and Vinod Arora quit the company
and started their own business. Virender Arora continued with this business with the same passion and
enthusiasm with which he started. In year 2002, his son Nitin, daughter Nitya and her husband Sachin
joins the company.

In the year 2008, The companies charge was handed over to to Vijesh Kumar. Today, He is the Director
of the Company and Nitin, Nitya and Sachin are working as advisers in the Company.

SERVICES
The core part Atul Carriers business is to provide movement of general parcels of varying
size, type and weight within North and East of India. This is done on a Less than Truck
Load (LTL) godown to godown basis. ACL also provides an option of door to door pickup
and delivery at selected locations.––
ACL will operate as cost effective shipper with low overhead and favorable level of costs,
allowing it to keep its rate affordable. Drivers are informed of the new Changes in Laws
providing safely movement of goods. ACL has Phone and E-mail support for all customer
questions, delivery changes, and scheduling. Finally, through strong internal control on
finances, and by providing unsurpassed service to its clients, the company will grow along
with its customers.
