Objectives of Placement Office:
1. Prepare students for the global workforce by offering industry-aligned training,
enhancing their technical and soft skills, and nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit.
2. Foster partnerships with a diverse range of industries and organizations to provide
students with ample placement and internship opportunities, bridging the gap between
academia and the corporate world.
3. Continuously adapt and innovate our training programs and placement strategies to
meet the evolving needs of the engineering industry.
4. Instil a sense of ethical and social responsibility in our students, ensuring that they
contribute positively to the community and society.
5. Provide dedicated support and guidance to students, helping them identify their career
goals, prepare for interviews, and make informed choices for a successful professional
journey.
6. Collaborate with alumni and industry experts to create a vibrant network of
knowledge sharing and mentorship, further enhancing the professional growth of our
students.
7. Measure and improve our effectiveness by consistently tracking and evaluating our

Programs (Eg. 150 Hrs salesforce launchpad training by PWC)
▪Industry Expert Lectures on specific topics (Eg. Tech talk by DBS
Technical Experts on Chatbot)
▪Mentoring Programs with Alumni and Industry Experts (Eg. By India Head
of Trascend Street India)
▪Briefing Sessions & Motivational Programs (eg. By Indian Navy Officers)
▪Career Awareness Programs (by Apex CEO- CAT training institute)

Campus Placement Process:-
▪Registration in the Placement Office for the Campus Placements
▪Preparing the list of eligible students as per the company criteria
▪Sharing the list of eligible students as per their criteria
▪Inviting Corporate Campus Recruitment Team to the campus either
physical, virtual or hybrid-model
▪Preparing/Informing the students as per the company selection
process & criteria
▪Coordinating the Campus selection process either physical or virtual
▪Receiving selection confirmation mail or Letters of Intent and
maintaining the records
▪Following the Placement Policies: One Core or Product Offer and One
IT services offer as backup offer. 2
