7. Systemic disorders involve autoantibodies that are not specific to antigens found on certain tissues. Examples include: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) Goodpasture’s syndrome Sarcoidosis Scleroderma Rheumatoid arthritis Dermatomyositis Systemic disorders

9. Autoimmune diseases affect many parts of the body. The most common organs and tissue affected are: joints muscles skin red blood cells blood vessels connective tissue endocrine glands symptoms

10. Diagnosed by clinical symptoms. Confirmed by detecting the auto Ab in the serum of the patients. Autoantibodies are demonstrated by immunoflurescent Ab test, haemagglutination , Complement fixation, immunodiffusion , Radio immuno assay, etc. Diagnosis of Auto immune disease
